What operating systems does IT Resolver support?

IT Resolver supports Windows (10, 11, Server 2016+), macOS (12 Monterey and newer), and major Linux distributions including Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, and RHEL. Agent deployment is straightforward across all platforms.

Where is my data hosted?

All data is hosted on US-based infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. Our architecture is designed to meet data residency requirements for US-based organizations. Enterprise customers may discuss dedicated infrastructure options.

Is there a minimum endpoint commitment?

No. Our Starter plan has no minimum endpoint requirements. You pay for what you use. Volume discounts are available on the Professional plan for larger deployments. Contact our sales team for details.

How long does deployment take?
